You are ready to put your running shoes back or an experienced runner that wants to gain speed and strength. It can feel overwhelming trying to work out how to progress your running distance and speed without getting injuries. It's time consuming wading through all the information out there, let alone work out how you will fit training in around all that life demands.
I will help you get your running shoes back on and build to your running goal. We will design an approach integrates running into your lifestyle, builds strength to reduce injuries and gets you across the finish line feeling great.

Hi, I'm Leonie de Garnham, a mum, a coach, a wife and just like you I struggle to run life.
I have been through my own fitness journey over many years and built a fitness career because I am passionate about helping people keep their bodies healthy and functioning as we age .
I started from the beginning. Putting on my running shoes or going to the gym was a big deal. It's been a journey of 15 or more years and I've been able to become a triathlete, trail runner and Ironman. But the biggest success has been building healthy habits that will last me a lifetime.
I have learnt that health isn't just about what you do within your workouts.
My sole focus is on working with you to provide coaching and programming that fits around you and your life demands. I help you understand the why, what, and how behind your fitness goals.
